Educating is a positive use of money and statistics show that the more education the less likely to commit crimes and be in prison in the first place.

Kavanaugh's actions in high school shouldn't reflect on whether or not he gets into the Supreme Court because he isn't the same person then as he is now. His brain wasn't fully developed therefore he has growth up and matured. He meets a the qualifications, and has outstanding credentials. Kids in high school make mistakes and in the high school atmosphere they should be forgivable.

It takes more money to keep a person that would qualify for the penalty alive then to punish them with death. It takes $43,352 to keep each prisoner a year, and instead of using that money to keep them alive we could be using the tax payers money for things such as: education, roads, local towns, ect.
